How much does a Holobox cost?

A HEREweHOLO Holobox starts at €27,500 excluding VAT for the hardware, delivered from the company's own stock in The Hague. Delivery, installation by HEREweHOLO's own team, content production and any customisation are not included in this starting price and are quoted separately per project.

How much does it cost to rent a hologram display from HEREweHOLO?

HEREweHOLO quotes hologram rental per situation rather than at a fixed day rate. Duration, location, logistics, the chosen display (Holobox, Holowall or Holomini) and content needs together set the price; a longer rental period lowers the price per day. HEREweHOLO provides a tailored quote with a concrete amount within one business day.

How much does a Holowall cost?

The Holowall, HEREweHOLO's modular hologram wall that connects multiple Holobox units into one continuous display, starts at €63,000 excluding VAT for a three-unit configuration. Other sizes and unit counts are quoted on request, since dimensions, weight and price depend on the configuration.

How much does a Holomini cost?

The Holomini, HEREweHOLO's compact and portable hologram display designed for counters or tabletops, starts at €5,200 excluding VAT. This is the lowest-priced entry point into HEREweHOLO's hologram display range. Renting a Holomini per event is also an option, priced per situation rather than at a fixed rate.

How much does an AI avatar or digital twin cost?

HEREweHOLO's AI Hologram, an interactive holographic character connected to AI models and knowledge bases, starts at €2,500 excluding VAT. A digital twin, a true-to-life digital copy of a real person including recording and voice clone, starts at €8,500 excluding VAT. Both figures exclude the display hardware the avatar runs on.

What does content production cost?

HEREweHOLO produces content per commission based on a storyboard, with scope, complexity and production method setting the price. Studio recording and simple content productions start at €940 excluding VAT. Recording on location, where HEREweHOLO's mobile studio comes to the customer, starts at €1,750 excluding VAT.

Does a HEREweHOLO Holobox require a software subscription?

No. Basic operation and playback of a customer's own content on a HEREweHOLO Holobox require no subscription or recurring licence fee. HEREweHOLO does offer optional playback software as a one-off purchase for €720, for customers who want that added functionality.

What makes up the full price of a HEREweHOLO project?

• Hardware: the display unit itself, with Holomini from €5,200, Holobox from €27,500, and Holowall (three units) from €63,000, all excluding VAT
• Content: reusing existing material costs nothing extra; new content productions start at €940 excluding VAT
• AI: an optional AI avatar or digital twin as an interactive host, quoted per project, starting at €2,500 for an AI Hologram or €8,500 for a digital twin
• Transport and installation: quoted per project based on location and planning, carried out by HEREweHOLO's own team
• Software: no mandatory subscription; the optional HEREweHOLO playback software is a one-off purchase of €720
• Maintenance and support: provided by HEREweHOLO's own service team, with parts from its own stock in The Hague

Should a business rent, buy or lease a HEREweHOLO hologram display?

HEREweHOLO offers displays for rent, purchase or lease. Renting suits a single event or campaign, since the customer pays only for the days used. For structural use, such as several events a year or a permanent reception display, owning a unit is generally cheaper than accumulating rental costs over time. Leasing offers a third route: a customer's own unit without paying the full purchase price upfront.

What information speeds up a HEREweHOLO price quote?

• Which days or period the display is needed for
• Which location it will be used at
• Which type of display is wanted: Holobox, Holowall or Holomini
• Whether content needs to be produced or will be supplied by the customer
