In December 2022, JAN© Accountants en Adviseurs used a HEREweHOLO Holobox as a street-level recruitment point on the Zuidas in Amsterdam. Passersby could walk up and start a live job interview on the spot, speaking with a recruiter who appeared life-size inside the hologram display without being physically present. ## Where were the recruiters while candidates applied on the Zuidas? The recruiters were not inside the Holobox on the Zuidas. They conducted the job interviews remotely from JAN© Accountants en Adviseurs' head office at Schiphol-Rijk. Over a live connection, candidates on the street saw the recruiter appear life-size in the Holobox while the conversation happened in real time. ## Why did JAN© Accountants use a hologram for recruitment? According to HEREweHOLO's account of the project, the setup achieved two things at once: the Holobox installation stood out on the street and drew passersby into a conversation, while no member of the recruitment team needed to travel to Amsterdam or set aside a full day to attend in person. ## What is a Holobox, the display used in this project? The Holobox is HEREweHOLO's life-size 3D hologram display, the product used for the JAN© Accountants recruitment campaign. It projects people, products or objects true to life without glasses or headsets, and can show a live presenter from anywhere or pre-produced 4K content, functioning as a plug-and-play unit once installed. ## Who is HEREweHOLO and where is the company based?
